Mix and add as directed in the recipe.

Note:If you feel the dough is too dry as you are mixing it, add 1 tablespoon of water, at a time, until you get it it into a smooth slightly tacky dough...see picture in post.

Hope that helps...
Elliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18029231204593874635noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8590241869561905455.post-86759439301724413222013-03-06T11:02:21.765-08:002013-03-06T11:02:21.765-08:00can i substitute the tomato paste for tomato purée...can i substitute the tomato paste for tomato purée?Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15165253574420809376noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8590241869561905455.post-56635700632331836732011-07-25T12:29:22.882-07:002011-07-25T12:29:22.882-07:00Laura, Oh, wonderfful! Just make sure that the bread dough is neither too wet( as the dough can fall flat) nor too dry. Adjust flour/water as needed...though it wouldn't be a major adjustment. You are only taking out the 2 TBS of tomato paste and sundried tomatoes( not much in water content)....I would probably add another 1TBS of oil, for a total of 2 TBS. If you are kneading the dough in a mixer, the dough should not stick to the sides of the bowl only at the bottom of the bowl. Other than that, it should be like any other bread dough. Let me know how it comes out for you...I hope you enjoy it. ~EllieElliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18029231204593874635noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8590241869561905455.post-53490219268307525162010-04-03T08:01:25.768-07:002010-04-03T08:01:25.768-07:00do you think I can make these rolls with garlic an...do you think I can make these rolls with garlic and rosemary instead?
